Pawparazzi is built for dog lovers. We don't sell your data, we don't track you across the web, and we keep things simple. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. Information We Collect

Pawparazzi collects minimal information necessary to provide the app's features:

Photos: When you take or import a photo within the app, that photo is processed locally on your device and/or sent to our AI image transformation service to generate styled versions. Photos are not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the transformation.
Custom prompts: If you enter a custom AI prompt, that text is sent to our AI service to process your request.
App usage data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as which features are used most) to help improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to:

Process and return AI-generated photo transformations
Improve app performance and features
Diagnose and fix technical issues

We do not use your photos or personal information for advertising purposes.

3. Photos and Camera Access

Pawparazzi requests access to your camera and photo library solely to enable the core functionality of the app — capturing and styling photos of your dog. We do not access, store, or transmit any photos without your explicit action within the app.

4. AI Image Processing

When you use the AI Magic Transforms feature, your selected photo is sent to a third-party AI image processing service to generate the styled result. This processing is done securely over an encrypted connection. Photos are used only to generate your requested transformation and are not retained by the AI service beyond the duration of the request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

As required to provide app functionality (e.g., AI transformation services)
When required by law or to protect our legal rights
With your explicit consent

6. Data Retention

Styled photos you save are stored only on your device within the app's local storage (your Paw-folio). We do not maintain copies of your photos on external servers. If you delete the app, all locally stored photos are removed.

7. Children's Privacy

Pawparazzi is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between the app and our services are encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
